Desert Tortoise

Desert Tortoise are a species of tortoise native to the Mojave desert and Sonoran desert of the southwestern United States and northwestern Mexico. Male tortoises are slightly larger than females, and males also have a longer gular horn. The tortoises are able to live where ground temperature may exceed 140 degrees Fahrenheit.

The desert tortoise is an herbivore. Their diet consists of grasses, herbs, wildflowers, and new growth of cacti, as well as fruit and flowers.

Hawk's Bill Turtle

The haws bill turtle is a marine turtle that are predominantly found in the habitat of tropical reefs of the Indian, Pacific, and Atlantic oceans. They have a flattened body shape, a protective carapace, and flipper-like arms adapted for swimming in the open ocean.

Hawks bill turtles are omnivores, sea sponges are their principal foods. They also feed on algae and cnidarians comb jellies, jellyfish and sea anemones.

Agamid

Agamids are lizards that include species that live in Africa, Asia, Australia, and a few in Southern Europe. In some species, males are more brightly colored than females, and colors play a part in signaling and reproductive behaviors. Their main habitat is generally warm environments, ranging from hot deserts to tropical rain forests.

Agamids diet consists of other insects and spiders, some larger species may also eat small reptiles and mammals, baby birds and even wildflowers.

The Thorny Devil

The Thorny Devil is an Australian lizard. The lizards are colored in camouflaging shades of desert browns and tans. Their colors change from pale colors during warm weather to dark colors during cold weather. Most distinctive, the thorny devil also features a spiny "false head" on the back of its neck, and the lizard presents this to potential predators by dipping its real head. Females are larger than males, The thorny devil usually lives in the arid scrub land and desert. Their diet consists mostly of ants, and the thorny devil often eats thousands of ants in one day.

Komodo Dragon

The Komodo Dragon is a large species of lizard found in the Indonesian islands of Komodo, Rinca, Flores, Gili Montang, and Padar. The komodo dragon is the largest living species of lizard, Their habitate consists of dry open grassland, savanna, and tropical forest. Komodo dragons are solitary, coming together only to breed and eat.

Komodo dragons hunt and ambush prey including invertebrates, birds, and mammals. Their diet consists of deer and also carrion.

Green Iguana

The Green Iguana is a large species of lizard native to Central, South America, and the Caribbean. Despite their name, green iguanas can come in different colors. Some appear in bluish with bold black markings, green to lavender, black, and even pink.

Crocodile

The Crocodile is a large aquatic reptile that lives throughout the tropics of Africa, Asian, the Americas and Australia. Crocodiles tend to congregate in freshwater habitats such as rivers, lakes, and wetlands. Crocodile's physical traits allow it to be a successful predator, they can move very fast over short distances. Crocodiles' sex are not determined at birth, instead it is determined by temperature. males produce at around 89 degrees Fahrenheit while females are produced at slightly lower and higher temperatures.

Crocodiles feed on mostly vertebrates such as fish, reptiles, and mammals.
